Whenever I write, I do little graphics to help me keep track of things. This is for my round two DA Big Bang fic, tentatively titled 13, or Thirteen, or something. It’s a DAO/Black Jewels Trilogy fusion fic because I love crossovers/fusions and have no shame about it.
I’m doing my best to remain true to both sources as much as possible - which necessitates a female lead. Because of the political atmosphere (which plays a part in this fic), the female lead needs to be a Cousland, hence default Cousland name. Because I don’t want to spoil too many plot points (namely how the two worlds combine), I’m not going to say much more, but if you’re curious, you can read my notes. Otherwise, you can just enjoy the (moderately) attractive typesetting?
Regarding Jewel and Caste rank - those of you familiar with BJT may not agree with them, but I have reasons for everyone being placed where they are. If you’re interested in said reasoning, shoot me an ask - preferably not anon, so we can chitchat without clogging up dashes. :3
Like I mentioned on LJ, it’s been a LONG time since I’ve read BJT, but this seems pretty damn accurate from what I remember—both the jewels and the castes. Once I know if I’m doing NaNo or not for a fact and what my schedule will be for later this fall, if you need a beta for this I’m more than up for it!

It’s been a looong time since I’ve done the Leliana romance, so I couldn’t remember. Did Carrow lie to her and tell her she’s a sweet, good person, or did he tell her that she shouldn’t be ashamed of herself for being a killer?

Here’s a thing I never got about that stupid sneaking bit - if you’re playing a Rogue, you can go invisible in a clear open space with no cover or shadows to speak of in BROAD DAYLIGHT. But play a Rogue in MotA and you’re stuck moving at godsawfully slow speeds and only in the shadows. When I tried it as Rogue, all I could do was scream, “I WANT MY STEALTH MODE BACK!”
THIS THIS THIS!!! Unless it’s for SCIENCE I always play rogues. First time through MotA was a serious slap in the face of WTF is this shit?

Edit: FUCK, I meant to say I’ve never done this quest WITHOUT BEING sober. *sigh* I’m just not focused tonight.
I’ll send you a link to a specific head canon I found by accident but can’t let go of when you’re done with this quest and have recovered. *hugs*

Okay, I didn’t want to get into too much detail cause I didn’t know how well you’d shielded yourself from certain spoilers (I know THE BIG ONE at the end is unavoidable now but still smaller ones might not have been). Just, um, don’t look at my DA2 tag if you haven’t been spoiled on All That Remains already. >.>
…If the one you’re on is what I think it is, it’s my favorite—and most hated—quest in the entire game.
